I was so impressed the ladies I spoke with were so friendly it made it easy. I was able to see a dr on my time that didnt impact my day in anyway except to WOW me.
Absolutely awesome that something like this finally exists in Canada. Very user friendly. I got my doc to sign up and now no more mornings off for my BP med refills!

This is such a cool app! Whoever came up with the idea is a genius! I was quite surprised with the face to face conversation. I was expecting more of the chat side rather than facetime. I recommend it to everyone!
This was a pretty seamless experience. Just downloaded it in the car while my wife drove, saw a doctor a few minutes later, and then had the prescription sent to my pharmacy while we drove there. Talk about easy!
This app is transformative - you can have a doctor visit, complete if required with prescription or tests - all from the comfort of your own home... Simply amazing, seamless experience.

Some bad moments
Completely disappointed by this app. A friend recommend it to me so I could get referral for a RMT, I need one to take advantage of my extended health benefits that I pay for. I chatted with the check in lady, she was fine. The doctor (dr. Dani) didnt even speak to me, she pushed me back to the check in person who told me the doctor would not give me the referral. The issue I have is the doctor didnt even take the 2-3 mins to speak with me. Just a hard no, without explanation. Will not be using this app again.
The app opens and then closes right away again. It shows that it still running in my open apps but I cant get it stay on the screen. I look forward to getting it running but for now I cant really give it a great rating
Doesnt work with iPhone 4 unless its a 4s... Dont false advertise. Called the tech support to be told it wont work on a 4
The app seems alright, but the service is not satisfactory. Make sure to triple check that your prescriptions are sent to the right location.
Go to a real doctor! Because thats what these doctors on this app gonna "recommend" you to do anyway, because it will ALWAYS be hard for them to diagnose anything from the Internet, that will always be there excuse. They cant give you any prescription they cant give you an input even if its just an abdominal pain. They can only issue u either a blood test or recommend u to see ur family doctor. Yes if u have the time to see my family doctor then this app should not even exist! Garbage.
So made an attempt to use this app for a simple prescription refill in 2014. Appointment for 0930 am. Waited 40 minutes until video conference with MD. tried again in 2015. Again same issue waited 20 minutes later I called and was told I was next in line as MD busy with last patient. After 2 phone calls( you are next in line!) and another 10 minutes I gave up. I dont know which is worst sitting in a waiting room with sick people or the frustration of sitting in front and iPhone or iPad !!!
