Disappointed

Completely disappointed by this app. A friend recommend it to me so I could get referral for a RMT, I need one to take advantage of my extended health benefits that I pay for. I chatted with the check in lady, she was fine. The doctor (dr. Dani) didnt even speak to me, she pushed me back to the check in person who told me the doctor would not give me the referral. The issue I have is the doctor didnt even take the 2-3 mins to speak with me. Just a hard no, without explanation. Will not be using this app again.
