I was so impressed the ladies I spoke with were so friendly it made it easy. I was able to see a dr on my time that didnt impact my day in anyway except to WOW me.

Completely disappointed by this app. A friend recommend it to me so I could get referral for a RMT, I need one to take advantage of my extended health benefits that I pay for. I chatted with the check in lady, she was fine. The doctor (dr. Dani) didnt even speak to me, she pushed me back to the check in person who told me the doctor would not give me the referral. The issue I have is the doctor didnt even take the 2-3 mins to speak with me. Just a hard no, without explanation. Will not be using this app again.

Absolutely awesome that something like this finally exists in Canada. Very user friendly. I got my doc to sign up and now no more mornings off for my BP med refills! Finally! 21st century meets medicine!

The app opens and then closes right away again. It shows that it still running in my open apps but I cant get it stay on the screen. I look forward to getting it running but for now I cant really give it a great rating

This is such a cool app! Whoever came up with the idea is a genius! I was quite surprised with the face to face conversation. I was expecting more of the chat side rather than facetime. I recommend it to everyone!

This was a pretty seamless experience. Just downloaded it in the car while my wife drove, saw a doctor a few minutes later, and then had the prescription sent to my pharmacy while we drove there. Talk about easy!

This app is transformative - you can have a doctor visit, complete if required with prescription or tests - all from the comfort of your own home... Simply amazing, seamless experience.

Doesnt work with iPhone 4 unless its a 4s... Dont false advertise. Called the tech support to be told it wont work on a 4

Havent booked an actual appointment with my GP yet, but it was super easy to set up my account and find my doctor in the list.

So hard to find time to wait in a walkin clinic for over hours. This app is so convenient allowing you to get medical help where ever you need with minimal wait! They just fax the prescription to the pharmacy you designate.

I used Medeo at the first time today and I was amazed at how great this app is. The doctor that I spoke to was super helpful, easy to talk to, and very professional. It was such a contrast from my own GP who rushes all of her clients, loses client files, and asked me to get my file from her receptionist while I was at her office...smh... hence the reason why Ive been looking for a new GP. Ive been recommending this app to all of my family and friends because of my experience with them today!!

Completely unsure what to expect based on the very few reviews of the service, I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything worked, from the well-designed app to the actual doctor visit. Instead of waiting a few days to see my GP, even just to get a basic cough medicine prescription, or waiting hours at a walk-in, Medeo is super simple- just return to the app at the scheduled time (a Medeo assistant facilitates it all) and see a (very casually dressed) doctor! Great for refilling a prescription or a simple diagnosis. Unsure if I would rely on it for more serious conditions though.

Great idea

This app is simply wonderful. I used it today to refill a prescription. It was super quick and both the coordinator and the doctor I saw were incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely beats waiting in a clinic for hours surrounded by sick people.
