Doctor was friendly. Super efficient!

This app allowed me to obtain a referral within a fraction of the time it would have taken me, to go sit in a doctors office for no good reason. Awesome product and great experience all together!

The app seems alright, but the service is not satisfactory. Make sure to triple check that your prescriptions are sent to the right location.

Best app! I have to let this be the first app i wright a review about! I just used this week for the first time and extremely pleased with service. Had a eye infection logged in to Medeo, filled out some e-paper work with the live coordinator, then snapped some pics with my phone and send it off. The coordinator then linked me up a doctor. The whole thing took about 30mins. Love love love this app

This app is so handy! If you have something quick like a prescription refill or referral etc this is the way to do it! No more waiting in a walk in clinic or doctors office. See a doctor quickly and easily in the comfort of your own home.

I cant say enough good things about this app. Its amazing. I 100% support it and use it almost monthly, every experience leaves me feeling more positive and at ease about whatever issue was at hand. So easy to use and everyone involved is so great. Thank you so much for this!!

Go to a real doctor! Because thats what these doctors on this app gonna "recommend" you to do anyway, because it will ALWAYS be hard for them to diagnose anything from the Internet, that will always be there excuse. They cant give you any prescription they cant give you an input even if its just an abdominal pain. They can only issue u either a blood test or recommend u to see ur family doctor. Yes if u have the time to see my family doctor then this app should not even exist! Garbage.

Medeo keeps innovating! Since my last review (below), Medeo has now added secure messaging. This is a great for when I need to fill out forms and to receive health related information from practitioners. It is secure and all kept within the Medeo platform... So I never have to search through emails again for the information. My doctor is also able to send a lab requisition if ever I need that, so very convenient. I love be able to see my doc in person, but also LOVE not having to go in when I dont need to. Thanks Medeo! ---- When I first heard about Medeo, I was blown away. While there are of course things that require face-to-face time with my doctor, I see HUGE benefits to this platform. It saved me hours out of my day for a referral that took a few minutes through Medeo. Ive also worked with rural health, seniors, spinal cord injury patients and this is revolutionary for people with problems accessing care. Keep the innovations coming!

Medeo meaning medical video! Simply brilliant & innovative! This app has been a lifesaver for my non-urgent care needs. I won’t be using google to search the causes of my ailments anymore, its just so much easier to see my doctor online. Simply a seamless experience!

I have used Medeo twice to see my doctor online and both experiences were amazing. Most recently I used Medeo for advice on a couple previous injuries that have been aggravating and now I have been refereed to a physiotherapist and a registered massage therapist all without having to step a foot into a doctors office. If I did not see a doctor I would not have taken action to seek other therapy. As a busy executive this innovation has saved me time, money, and is already improving my health. Thank you for changing the future if Canadian Health Care.

Quick visit for a minor issue; obtained a prescription from my living room straight to the pharmacy. Almost no wait time, and no need to clog up clinics or emergency rooms. This could save the health care system billions. Love it! Thanks Medeo!

I never have time to get to the doctor. I felt sick all week and finally tried this app on Friday. I was able to see a doctor from my desk. Total time invested was maybe 15 minutes, 99% of it with the doctor. No hassle. I wouldnt have got the care I needed without this app. Simply a time saver and life saver. Im trying to get all my doctors to use this app.

How awesome is this!? Used it twice now, and its saved me at least 3 hours of driving around to a walk in clinic, getting even sicker because of the waiting rooms and of course the long wait. Once this app integrates iOS 8 HealthKit, it will be even better!

As a mom of a young baby I love that I can have my crazy amount of medical questions answered from my living room, away from all the sick people in the walk-in clinic. Doctors are always fantastic, as are the support workers who connect you and gather the information. This is by far the best app out there!

Put in a request last night and visited a doctor this morning - super speedy! Only took around 10 minutes and was great to get the confirmation I needed about what to do while sick. Now Im just waiting and hoping that my health care plan covers it!
