Medeo Virtual Healthcare App Reviews

I have been waiting for this service forever and now it has arrived! For the 1st time today I tried Medeo and it was awesome. Quick professional service from my desk at home. Whats not to like about this?

So made an attempt to use this app for a simple prescription refill in 2014. Appointment for 0930 am. Waited 40 minutes until video conference with MD. tried again in 2015. Again same issue waited 20 minutes later I called and was told I was next in line as MD busy with last patient. After 2 phone calls( you are next in line!) and another 10 minutes I gave up. I dont know which is worst sitting in a waiting room with sick people or the frustration of sitting in front and iPhone or iPad !!!

Invaluable resource for simple things like prescription refills! I have a compromised immune system so going to a walk in clinic is a bit dicey for me, this saves so much time and stress for me!

If I imagine innovation and consumer needs, Medeo is the answer to those. The staff are extremely helpful, and the doctors have better bed side manner than most in person.

Stays in the loading page, never actually loads

Cant log in with password. I offer to change password. It says download the app. I already did that. Most frustrating app Ive ever come across! Youll need a doctor after dealing with it!

Never has there been an app that has completely exceeded expectations. When you are ill and your world is crashing to a halt to deal with it; its already overwhelming but to be able to click through and speak to a local doctor within a few seconds is amazing!! Thank you!!

Gone are the days of scheduling a doctors appointment 2 weeks away, sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours, booking half a day off work just to get a prescription refill. Ive been using Medeo for the last year or two, and it has been great. Ive seen the doctor on a coffee break, on my way to work, on the couch at night! My only quibbles are I wish when an appointment is made in the app, it would send me a notification 15 minutes before the appointment, and/or an option to add it to my calendar automatically.

What a pleasant & easy first experience I had with this app! Everything worked perfectly and on time. This was definitely much easier than waiting in a doctors office for 1-2 hours.
